Based on the Silicon Motion SM2508 controller paired up with 3D TLC NAND, the Kingston FURY G5 uses DRAM cache. Kingston is launching Renegade G5 in 1TB, 2TB, and 4TB versions, and it reaches sequential read and write performance of up to 14,800 and 14,000MB/s, respectively. The Kingston FURY G5 is backed by a five-year warranty, and has an endurance rating of 1PB, 2PB, and 4PB. Unfortunately, Kingston did not announce any detail regarding the price or the availability date.
