Asus shows its Radeon RX 9060 XT graphics cards

by on22 May 2025

Coming in TUF Gaming, Prime, and Dual series

Following AMD's announcement, Asus has unveiled a total of four new Radeon RX 9060 XT graphics cards that will be a part of the TUF Gaming, Prime, and Dual series.

The budget-oriented option is obviously the Asus Dual Radeon RX 9060 XT, which will apparently be available only in 8GB version, despite the fact that some AMD AIB partners are doing both 8GB and 16GB versions in its lineup. The Dual is also the smallest graphics card in the lineup, with a dual-fan design and shorter 202mm length. It still features Axial-tech fans with 0dB technology, Dual BIOS support, and two DisplayPort 2.1a and one HDMI 2.1b port.

The Prime series is a notch above the Dual series, and this one will be available in 8GB and 16GB versions, both as OC Edition, meaning Asus is implementing a slight factory overclock. Unfortunately, Asus has still not finalized these clocks so we'll have to wait a bit for those. The Prime series uses a triple-fan cooler with the same Axial-tech fans and Dual BIOS support.

The peak of the Radeon RX 9060 XT offer from Asus is the TUF Gaming Radeon RX 9060 XT 16GB OC Edition graphics card, which is Available only as the 16GB version. As a part of Asus' TUF lineup, it uses military-grade components for stable power delivery and a special PCB coating. It is part of the Asus Auto-Extreme manufacturing, so it should have better reliability, and also uses GPU Guard, which should keep the GPU safe. Asus also tweaked the design, giving it a more industrial look for the triple-fan cooler shroud, and it also includes Aura Sync-compatible RGB lighting.

The entire lineup should be available on June 5th, and Dual series could be close to AMD's MSRP of $299 for the 8GB and $349 for the 16GB version, while Prime and TUF Gaming series could be a bit more expensive.
