The winner of the 2010 “Make Something Unreal” contest has found a publisher that will release the title commercially. THQ will be releasing the third-person horror shooter for PC called The Haunted: Hell’s Reach in October.

THQ says that beyond the PC, releases for Xbox Live Arcade and PlayStation Network are also planned for early 2012. The game will be released by THQ’s Valuesoft division.

The game itself delivers a third-person horror shooter that is lots of fun, with plenty of bad guys to deal with in an excellent play experience, according to what we hear.
